Pot Lentil Tacos:
This recipe for nutrient-dense, vegan Pot lentil tacos just calls for five ingredients. Serve it with nachos, in a bowl, or on a tortilla!
If you need a meatless taco filling, these are the ideal vegan or vegetarian alternative. In this dish, one can receive 15g of protein per serving. The taco filling for vegetarians only has five ingredients, i.e, Lentils, Green Chillies, Vegetable Broth, Tomato Sauce and Taco seasoning. In less than 30 minutes, you can have lentil tacos. This dish is ideal for meal preparation. You may prepare these lentils to serve with chips, top a taco salad, or in tacos. You can consume your vegan lentil tacos as salad ingredients, lentils, or as a dip.
All of the ingredients should first be added to the Instant Pot. Next, combine everything, making sure that the lentils are well covered by the sauce and broth. The Instant Pot should then be cooked for 15 minutes at high pressure. Cook the lentils for an additional 2-3 minutes if they are still a little crunchy. When the lentils have the consistency you want, mix them and let them aside for 5 to 10 minutes so they can absorb the liquid.
