With over 200 anthology contributions, 14 solo books, and collaborations with 86+ publication houses, Mayaa’s literary output is both prolific and powerful. Her work centers on the real, raw stories of women—their economic challenges, identity crises, social struggles, and enduring strength. Her debut poem, "The Candle in the Wind," won national acclaim, signaling the arrival of a fierce new literary voice.

But beyond accolades, her work is a lifeline. As an expert in suicide prevention and a social and legal advisor on matrimonial law, Mayaa SH uses her voice to help others reclaim theirs. Her self-help books, spoken engagements, and partnerships with governmental and non-governmental organizations help vulnerable communities navigate trauma and emerge stronger.
